Terms of use

The service

K-Drama Diary is a free website, run by K-Drama Diary, for looking up information about Korean dramas and keeping a personal diary of the series you watch. The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability or completeness.

Series information

Details, posters, plots and platform availability come from TMDB and, for streaming, from JustWatch via TMDB, as well as from user reports. We do our best to keep them correct, but they may contain errors or be out of date: before subscribing to a platform, check on the platform's own site. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

Your account

• You must be at least 14 and provide a valid email address.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• You can delete your account at any time from the Account section.

Fair use

The reports you send (for example the platforms where a series is available) must be truthful. You may not use the site for spam, create accounts automatically, try to access other people's accounts or overload the service. In these cases we may suspend or delete the account.

Ownership

The trademarks, titles and images of the series belong to their respective owners and are shown for information purposes.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site, service interruptions or inaccurate information. The rights granted to consumers by law remain unaffected.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated: the date at the top shows the latest version. For questions write to [email protected]. Italian law applies.
